for a stand alone tub, i prefer to use aluminum tape and tape the UTH or heat tape (on t-stay) to a surface like a table or movable board and then place the tub on top of it. like the second method here: https://ball-pythons.net/forums/show...e-Basics-*DUW* it makes cleaning tubs much easier w/o worrying about wet wires and cables.
