So I bought a Viv, put it together and siliconed all edges today (Saturday), is it gonna be okay to put him in on Thursday? Or should I leave it longer?

If you cannot smell the silicone, even one little bit, then & only then it's safe for a snake to live in. No way to give an exact time, because how fast it cures
depends on how thick you put it on. (If you put in on real thick, it will take a long time...because it cures on the outside while the inside is still moist.) Running
a fan, or better yet, air flow with a little warmth, will help it dry faster. If you are running forced air heat, for example, put it near a vent. (not that you'll want
to smell it in the house, better off in the garage if you have one)

It will likely depend on where you air it out. If you can keep it outside for a good portion of that time it'll probably be good. If you store it somewhere with little airflow it'll take linger to cure and offgas.
Just make 110% sure you can't smell anything AT ALL for 24 hours or so before putting an animal inside.
