    She ( my corn ) has already moved around to different spots in her enclosure more than my ball python does in 2 weeks time, unless its close to feeding day. Lol. She does now, come above ground from the Aspen bedding more than she has the past couple of days.....I I'm so excited to have her I just want her to hurry up and grow grow grow

    Patience, she'll get there. I know that as hatchlings, corn & other rat snakes are skinny little tykes that are hard to hang onto, but their activity & ease of care makes
    them worth the wait. They're cool to watch, even when too small to pick up much...and for anyone that is afraid of a snake bite, the teeth of a corn snake are too tiny to
    feel like anything more than sandpaper...and by the time they grow a little bigger, they're tame & very unlikely to bite.
