I would switch to a paper towel or paper substrate, if that's not what you are currently using. This will prevent any dirt getting in the wound, will make it very easy to spot any feces and switch out the paper towels, and will let you see if it starts bleeding again very easily. I would also put a tiny bit of neosporin, only on the wounds. Make sure it is just plain neosporin, not the kind with pain relievers. Other than that, just monitor the wounds. Again, the paper towel substrate will greatly help you to keep the cage clean, prevent infection, and see how the healing is doing.
