Hello, just a few things to point out...
1) that low side temp needs to come up. You want to shoot for 80ish, with 75 as an absolute low. Anything below 75 could lead to Respiratory Infection (RI).
2) you should be checking the ACTUAL SURFACE TEMP, not the substrate. Snakes can and will burrow and push substrate around.
