Why is my ball python so small?

Why is my ball python so small? it its just under 9 months 22" long 3.5cm wide, it didnt eat its food on monday, and i have had them for about 2 months, i dont know its sex since it wasn't sexed. ;~;

Not sure what kind of answer you are looking for since you are not giving much detail or even posting a picture, people do not go by length they go by weight (length is very inaccurate and does not tell much about the animal)

Weight alone without a picture does not mean much either as the weigh does not allow you to gauge the animal's body condition.

So picture, hatch date , weight, prey size and feeding frequency are what is needed for an answer.
