    This just reminded me of a discussion on a now-gone snake forum, that we ought to get a group-living arrangement/community going so we can all be there to
    help each other handle their big boas [as we get older], "snake-sit", & all that. I can see the regulations now: MUST HAVE SNAKES. We were only half-joking.

    That's one of the big problems of large constrictors: it's not always convenient to have a group of snake-savvy friends on hand for safety, so most of us take
    chances doing things alone or with fewer standing by than we should have.
