    Re: Need help identifying these

Sorry guys. Literally someone dumped the whole lot in a 50l run outside in the cold. I’m known locally for having a number of animals and ended up getting called about a box of snakes. When I went to pick them up I was sure they were all dead.

After closer investigation I noticed that their tongues were barley moving and rushed them home into the warm. After a few hours in the warm they began to become more active and how none of them have a respiratory infection to me is a miracle.

They were riddled with mites and some had some scale rot with one having a more serious case and missing a lot of scales by its vent.

Since then I have treated for mites and the scale for and they are feeding well and gaining some weight.

It’s beyond me how someone can just abandon animals in that way fully knowing that they will die. Just glad I was called and got there in time to be able to help these guys.
