I don't think admins are going to shut it down right now, because you really do need a thermostat. No egos or anything aside, it's just a required piece of equipment in snake keeping in particular, since their temp requirements are relatively low compared to other species. =) It's kind of like getting hay if you want to own a rabbit LOL.Originally Posted by HPMamba

I've owned plenty of animals in the past from dogs to chameleons, geckos, bearded dragons, fish... You are obviously trying your best to have the best setup possible. Just need to look more into it that thermostats are part of snake keeping!
