I was just thinking that she might have something going on with her GI tract that makes her feel the need to go when handled...I'd get that checked for sure.
Sounds like when you have "the runs" & even after you're pretty empty, the urge still comes on. Poor baby. Colonoscopy prep comes to mind...If that's
the case, be sure she doesn't get dehydrated.
