Ok to spray on cloth and wipe inside of glass tank?

I’ve used Windex or other glass cleaners in the past when I had sliding glass doors, but left the cage open to let it air out. Another option is a vinegar and water mixture, or just plain water and wipe down with a dry cloth/paper towel to get rid of any streaks (what I do now with the plexi doors).
