You might want to check the 'big box' home improvement stores for "under (kitchen) counter" lights?

i was looking at those too, but i dont know if they’re bright enough? most of those are about 100lumens which is the equivalent to a flash light really

i was looking at the battery ones especially because less holes to drill ya feel? but i doubt the batteries would last long
