It's easier to identify wild spiders if you give a location....at the very least the state

I went on vacation to Green Bay Wisconsin and it may have hitched a ride in my coat and I live in PA which is where I found it.

This pictures aren't super clear, but my educated guess based on the general anatomy, color/pattern, and where you live its a Furrow orb-weaver. They're harmless.

Yes. There are orb-weavers all over the country but that one is native to PA, and probably several other states.
