Definitely too hot. You want about 88 to 90 degrees on the hot side, 78 to 80 degrees on the cool side. A couple of questions:
1) Do you have a thermostat to control your heat source(s)?
2) How are you measuring your temps? I see the digital thermometer in the photo, but do you also have a temp gun?
Good catch on noticing it's too warm.
