Minimum something het clown or better clown because if he does not prove and you pair him to a "insert morph name here" Het Clown all you will produce are some "insert morph name here" Poss Het Clown if you pair him to a clown at least everything will be het clown and hold back material.
I am partial to Banana Pin Clown as far as outcome and Pastel Lesser Pinstripe Clown.
