    Well, I see why these forums are losing people. Nothing but negative comments and assumptions. Some people cut and some don't. It was day 56, 3 eggs had pipped and his one was the only one I messed with and only because she wasn't moving. I intend to give every baby the best possible chance of survival and that includes checking the unbiblical cord on a baby that doesn't seem to have any energy or strength. What you see in the pic is the only time I picked it up, and it was the same time I cut.

    I asked advice bacause I haven't run into this before and get blasted by people who didn't even bother to read my post. Be civil to your fellow hobbiests people.
