With all due respect, this forum exists mainly as a source to help people keep their reptiles in a healthy, safe, and secure fashion. The picture basically conveys a situation which at best shows at least one of the animals highly stressed (especially right after eating-even worse time for stress). The snake is not trying to eat your cat.
Corn snakes can escape in a second from those tanks with the sliding tops, which is why the innocent question of locks/clips came up which you didn't address. I'm assuming that there is a sliding lock of some sort on the bottom cage with the door partially open so whatever is in there won't be getting out.
You can't really expect to post a picture on this forum which depicts an animal in a possibly unsafe situation and not have people question and try to help. It's what we are here for
Ps-love that bottom enclosure!
