He does. I hope and pray he will keep itbut i have heard that they sometimes drop it for no apparent reason. Or for a very silly reason, something that never startled them before.
Even heard of a 10 year old Crestie deciding to drop his tail. It was found in the morning. Again, no reason could be established.
I have also heard that in the wild just about all of the adult Cresties have no tail. Well, actually they do have one after dropping the "big" one. Its a tiny stump, LOL.
I know I will be sad when it is gone and he will look quite different. But with Cresties, it seems to be one of those things you can't really control 100%.
