24/7 ambient heat options

I’m getting a Spyder Robotics Herpstat HP version 2 thermostat to heat my reptile room to maintain ambient temperatures. (I have RHP and flexwatt for belly heat, basking... based on species.) My understanding is that an oil heater is the best/safest option? Which one? The room is 15x25. I also read somewhere that a digital heater will not restart if the Herpstat turns it off? That I need an oil heater with analog controls?

This is the oil heater I’ve used for 8 years and it’s great. It was only like $40 at Lowe’s. Analog controls is the way to go, let the herpstat take care of the rest
