F10SCXD must be rinsed after use; your snake should not lie in the detergent. F10SC can be sprayed and allowed to dry without rinsing, and then it will continue to persist and act as a disinfectant in the enclosure.

I'm not trying to disagree with you but I saw this on the ReptileBasics site which I would guess was from F10:

F10SCXD can be sprayed on and wiped off, no need to rinse. F10SCXD is a great regular cleaning tool with a surface cleaning formula. For the best bio security we recommend follow up disinfecting with F10SC on a regular basis.

So I'm confused on which one to get. My cleaning method has been spot cleaning when poop or urates have been identified. This means I'll discard the solid waste and if it's noticeably wet, I'll scoop up the area of substrate and spray the floor area w/ Chlorhexidine. About every 3 months, I'll remove all the substrate and spray everything down w/ Chlorhexidine. Does that seem like enough?
