Have your snakes been exposed to snakes NOT IN your household? As I said, your initial post did not make sense, as falling does NOT cause IBD...it can be a
symptom but it's NOT the only reason snakes fall. A newborn snake may be weak for many reasons & should never be 6' off the ground in any event; snakes
that thrive in captivity (where our care makes up for any inherent weakness or "slow start") may not have survived in the wild, but it doesn't mean they cannot
be completely healthy pets if shown some "TLC". Falling 6' sure didn't help this one.

IBD is NOT common, nor is it easy to diagnose.
