Favorite video games? (For Gamers)

X-games, eh? I've actually never heard of them. What genre of game are they? What's it about?

Space based fps but including economy, factory building, fleet aquisition, empire building or flat out piracy really.

The currentl game similar I spend most time in awaiting the release is elite dangerous but they are dissimilar in the online player faction/ mmo sense.
