So I have a radiant heat panel installed in my enclosure which takes care of hot spot and ambient temps. I have this extra piece of heat tape just sitting here. If you felt comfortable giving my your address I can send it to you.. no charge
Will probably give you much more consistent temps.
I have some heat pads that were very crappy and all over the place..
