    You may be able to use a razor scrapper to get the paint off. It’s the same thing auto shops use to get the decal off your windshield, or you can use them to get paint off of window panes when you aren’t neat about painting the trim. As long as you keep it flat to the glass, not pushing one corner harder than the other, you shouldn’t have scratches.
