Not counting the enclosures & equipment (thermostats etc)...that adds quite a bit too.
This exercise might not be good for those breeders & anyone at the high end of the spectrum though...as it could make someone a target for theft, sadly.
I remember years ago when someone (well-known for some valuable snakes) had their home broken into & snakes stolen while they were predictably at a
local herp club meeting. (& yup, I'm one of those cautious types-so feel free to pay no attention!
