    How often should he poop?

My 2 month old ball python has been eating perfectly fine these past 3 weeks. The last two, however, he pooped on Monday, since his feeding day is Friday. But he did not poop at all this week since his last meal on Friday. Is this normal? When should I worry about him being constipated? Would it be safe to feed him this week?
I'm sure I'd notice because of the smell, and I checked under and in his hide and everything. Hasn't left me a present yet

Wow, that's relieving to know. Any idea why it takes so long for them to empty their waste?

I was told that some just do that. Some wait until they shed to poop. Supposedly because they can trap the poop in the shed, which masks the smell to protect against predators. Some, like mine who was malnourished, use ALL of the prey item to replenish themselves, so it leaves less waste to rid themselves of. So it seems like there should be a lot built up, but there really isn’t.

Now that you told me that, he is going to go into shed here soon. He's pretty dull and he has some white lining here and there around his face. That's both interesting and helpful to know

When he needs to, it varies based on the snake size (growing animal vs adult) feeding frequency, prey size etc, it can take several weeks but eventually they all go.

They poop when the need to poop. There's no "schedule".
They will often hold poop with a shed upcoming. So if you're expecting a shed, expect a poop with it.

If your snake goes weeks and multiple feedings (of appropriately sized prey) without pooping, you may notice the build-up towards the tail, often referred to as "sausage butt". Until you see that, don't worry at all. If you see that, still don't worry, we'll help you out.

Sweet, thanks, Craig! It's reassuring to know I actually have somewhere to go to ask specific questions if needed. This morning, he actually did poop. Quite a lot too. So that happened XD

Also, his past three meals have been with just one hopper. Think it'll be okay to start offering him two tomorrow?

Why not just move up to one bigger meal?

Can't really buy some at the moment. Plus, I have TONS of hoppers left. Did poor planning with eating, I know, but I still have a good amount left from those hoppers I ordered
