Looking for breeders that breed for size...?

There are larger BP, volta for example they come from a very specific area in Africa, a few people do breed them to offer voltas however most use them because of the amount of eggs they will give.

Size is often genetic not all animals will grow to the same size and the genetic is not the only thing that goes into it either feeding, fast, age etc all come in play.

I have some females in the 4000 grams that will lay 10 to 12 eggs each time and the babies are usually 85 to 92 grams when they hatch.

Those animals all came from my founder het pied female I acquired in 2006 and so far any female that have held back has been in the 3500/4000 grams range.

Could those females rach 5000 grams in my care? I would say it's possible but they are still fairly young 6 to 9 years old.
