My baby bp has been in and out here and there from his water dish. I've checked and cleaned him numerous times, and there has been no sign of mites. I have been noticing him nudge his nose against stuff constantly, and when he tries swimming in his water dish, his nose is glued to the walls of the water dish, and he tries swimming like crazy. I have noticed him becoming duller, and he has some lighter parts of scales around his head. But his eyes aren't cloudy. What could be going on?

Hes been in and out of his water dish like over 3 times already.
