. I've heard about that happening with some critters but all my other snakes have eaten them with no problems. I also think my boy is prepping to shed. I haven't seen him hanging out in his enclosure for the past 4-5 days and he's normally always out especially at night. Can't wait to get some post shed pics.
He’s currently eating every 14-18 days. The first time I fed him a whole chick (without removing the head or something) was in early July. I was nervous since he seems so skinny, but Chris assured me it would be fine. He survived and has been slamming them ever since. They definitely leave a noticeable lump in him, but it’s gone after 2 days or so. That scrub metabolism is CRAY!
Cant wait to see his colors post shed. Seems you have no trouble handling him!
