    i just got a new acurite temp/humidity gauge. and i realize my hot side is at 102 degrees. is this too hot for my BP?

    How hot is too hot?

    Most definately. The hottest it should get is 95, and optimal temps are 92-95 degrees. I would raise the enclosure up off of the heating pad or get rid of any lights, if you have any. Hopefully that will help. Get them down quickly though.
