As you can see from the pictures above, I had wires everywhere, and running across the floor as well! It was bonkers.
My buddy who's in IT came over tonight and we did some cable management. We ran the thermostat power cables through the ceiling and organized the thermostats so they are no longer all tangled and they are mounted to the wall.
See below for what it looks like now. Huge improvement.
