Orange goopy stuff is probably just stool..."--it happens", rinse it off if you prefer.And those white spots are "freezer burn", perfectly safe to feed also
but may indicate your source had these in their freezer for a while. (vaccuum-sealing helps to prevent "freezer burn" by getting the air out of the package)
