Help!
I’m having extremely bad anxiety about something and no one can seem to give me a proper answer and it’s really frustrating! I adopted an African fat tail gecko about a week ago now. It turns out he had worms. I unfortunately wasn’t able to pay for all the vet bills plus I’m not experienced with geckos only snakes. But I’ve been doing so much research and stuff I keep coming across this Cryptosporidiosis bacteria/parasite online and I’m so incredibly paranoid my snakes are all going to die now cause that gecko could possibly have had it or something. I know I’m freaking out probably but I need reassurance please! I did keep him quarantined but I’m always so paranoid if i did one thing to screw it up. The only signs he had of illness were pinworms in his poop.

First, breathe. Yes crypto is a nasty collection killer but it's also fortunately fairly rare.
Second, crypto is a totally different parasite from pinworms, and just because your AFT had one doesn't mean he has the other.
Third, since the AFT came with worms, extend his quarantine to six months and have another fecal done at three and six months; my vet only charges $25 for those as follow-ups if there was an earlier office visit.
