It's worth trying again. If he's only eaten twice with you, that's not enough time to really have a good go at switching. Mine took three weeks even to switch from mice to rats, and he was already on F/T! Try one at a time - either mice to rats or live to F/T, instead of both at once. He's still new to you, things might take a bit.
