I am usually not into het to het breeding (long shots and poor odds especially if you add other genes), but this season proved me otherwise.
I purchased a male Banana Lemon Blast Het Clown and decided to pair him to two females
First was the Lesser Het Clown (since I did not want to pair her to my Pastel Lesser Clown for obvious reasons) with my odds of producing a Pinstripe Clown or a Emperor Pinstripe Clown were 1/64
6 eggs and 60 days later the clutch did include 2 Pinstripe Clowns (Twins at that) and an Emperor Pinstripe Clown https://ball-pythons.net/forums/show...utch-post-shed!
I also paired the male to a Het Clown Female (which showed no interest in my Pastel Lesser Clown Male) my odds of producing a Banana Pinstripe Clown and a Banana Lemon Clown were 1/32
7 Eggs and 60 days later and here are the results
Lemon Blast 66% Het Clown
Banana Pinstripe 66% Het Clown
Pastel Banana 66% Het Clown
Banana Lemon Blast 66% Het Clown
Banana Pinstripe Clown
Banana Lemon Blast Clown
This has been a very rewarding year so far when it comes to Clowns as I have pretty bad luck with my Clown projects so far.
Thanks for looking and I hope that the odd gods have been good to you too if you are breeding.
