Adult blood python enclosure
What is a good size enclosure for an adult blood or Borneo short tail python. Would an Animal plastics T10 or T11 be adequate or do I need something bigger?

Re: Adult blood python enclosure
I'd think a T10 would be big enough. A T8 with a shelf might even do the trick. I didn't think Bloods used much vertical space.

I also would use a T8 or T10.

I have my adults in 4x2 cages, they don't move around a lot at all. A real large female I'd bump to a 6x2 though.

4x2x1 is a common size for adult short tails of any sort. Only usually large female bloods may want a little more room. No need for more vertical space as they won't use it.

Re: Adult blood python enclosure
Thank you all for the recommendations. This helps me a lot in making my decision on whether or not a Short-tail python will work for me.

I just ordered a 4x2x18 for my guy - but he'll have some time to grow into it. He seems to move around a good bit in his rack, so I'm considering more floor space when he gets larger.
Too Many...
That's what my wife says
