    Honestly when you consider the odds and the years it will take no it's not worth it

    You will produce a lot of poss hets which means you would need to keep them all to see your projects through. Keeping that many animals that may not prove and the time that it will take to prove some is not worth it at all.

    Buy visual males for your het females and if you want to work on double recessive do visual to visual and keep the DH, or buy some DH from a REPUTABLE breeder.
