They're kind of like the kings of central and south america. These specialize in feeding on other snakes(ophiophagy) in the wild and are even immune/resistant to the venom of their native vipers - these are bothrops destroyers - but are vulnerable to the venom of the corals as well as that of their own kind. Mussurana is the common name for snakes in the genus Clelia, which these used to be in until they got changed to Boiruna maculata.
