If there are animal abandonment laws in your area I'd follow their guidelines. Otherwise personally I'd probably give it 30 days unless you know for sure there's some issue where she can't come to collect like being in the hospital, out of town, etc... I'd probably allow a bit longer on the dog (which sounds like it's more hers) than the reptiles which you paid for.
The dog was a gift from me. As far as I know, she just left and moved in with another guy. I have no way to contact her outside talking with her pastor.
