I honestly want it to look as natural as possible, but every time I google "climbing stick for snakes" nothing pops up. In my area it's almost impossible to find driftwood suitable for a snake to climb on. It's either spider driftwood, branching all around like crazy, or thick stumps. I wasn't sure if we could use sticks from the woods around us, is that a possibility? I just want something natural looking that my girl can climb on if she wants.
Everyone I know uses the ones found locally .. hopefully someone will know more about any trees / branches you should avoid .. I cut them to length and hot-glue them in place ...
I also use weathered driftwood for snake Viv decorations ..
