There are a few ways to up humidity. One of the most common ways is to cover the majority of the screen lid on glass tanks. I personally use 1/2" foam board insulation to wrap the back, sides and top. It helps immensely with humidity.
A substrate change may help to, but we'll need to know what you're using for substrate.
Also, 95 is a bit too hot. 92 is the highest suggested temp. I personally never go above 90.
Cool side temps can be dropped to about 78-80 as well.
VERY IMPORTANT: ARE YOUR HEAT SOURCES REGULATED BY A THERMOSTAT???
