    It looks to me like just a small topical injury, which could happen with these goofballs any number of ways. I'd just keep an eye on it. It would be a good idea to use clean paper towel as substrate until it heals up. Keep the enclosure and the area clean.

    Also, just throwing this out there: I would drop that hot spot temp down. 92 is the highest suggested temp. I personally don't go over 90.

    But as for the injury, I wouldn't sweat it unless it gets worse. Keeping things clean will be important while it heals.
