With the usual way as soon as you break fast in the morning that starts the process off .. eating - digesting .. hunger again .. eating ..digesting .. hunger and so on .. I simply delay the start of the cycle ... then eat a days worth of food in 4 to 5 hours .

As regards the hunger .. after 3 days without a breakfast your brain and body learn not too expect it and you just don't get hunger pangs ...... after a few weeks of no breakfast I cut out dinners the same way .. same result - no hunger pangs ..

The crazy thing is you wake up with loads of energy and the energy levels stay the same ALL day .. without food .. no ups and downs or afternoon lethargy after lunch - just a couple of coffees around noon .. loads of water throughout the day of course .

Best not get too boring .

It's not a new fangled fad ... it's been going successfully for thousands of years ..

Anyone interested Google '16/8 fasting' or the next level '20/4 fasting' ...

Some top elite athletes are getting great improvements through this kind of fasting ... its the future
