I fast 19 hours each week day and 16 hours Sat and Sundays ..
So I have an evening snack at 9pm then fast until the following day at 5pm ... big meal at 5pm then little snacks all evening - last snack at 9pm . I eat around 2000 calories in each daily 5 hour window.
Weekend I fast from 9pm overnight and start eating again between 12 noon and 1 pm ..
