Am i turning my bp on lol?
Ok, so Dottie hasnt eaten since Jan which is the longest she gone. Kind of worried but i weighed her a few days ago and being empty, she still weighs 1833 grams, The real question is, she is really mellow now and while i pet her, she sits there until i get down towards her tail. If i rub her tail area, she wiggles her tail end and lifts it up or uses the end of her tail to grip my hand. Does she mistake my hand for a male trying to breed with her and she is being receptive lol? She's never done this before.

Tail lifting and thumping is the sign of a receptive female so.... lol. I wouldn't go as far as saying she was turned on though unless she starts peeing. That is when you and your snake can be considered very, very confused. ROFL
Honest, I only need one more ...

If you have a snake that winks, you wanna get some life insurance on her a.s.a.p. and probably an agent in N.Y.
Then again, if you're waiting for your snake to wink at you, get some help....

In trying to get my kids to interact with the snakes more, I was showing them to gently stoke down their backs with the tips of their fingers. At least two of them really seemed to dig it, and were moving their tails a bit and at times pushing into us. It was kinda weird in the way they were reacting. It was about a couple of months ago, so they definitely weren’t eating. I thought the same thing, like they’re digging it “to much” Lmao. They were all males.
