    Absolutely no to the Vick's; phenols are dangerous for snakes.

    Bump your cool side temp to 27*C (80*F) and leave it there, hot side should be fine. Keep the humidity up as well.

    I would go back to a minimalist enclosure until she is well as it will be easier to clean and sterilize than one with natural substrate.
