    Thanks everyone! I'm glad that he waited until I wrapped the top of his tank with tin foil, as before that I had trouble keeping the humidity at an appropriate level, nevermind increasing it! But now that it's wrapped, when I spray it can easily go up to 70-80 percent (maybe that's a bit high but that's only for shedding, he normally lives with 50-60).

    I'm also glad he's gone blue a few days before feeding day so I know to skip it. I know some BPs will eat when in shed but I'd rather not risk a $4 rat when it will most likely be refused
