    Will we ever run out of clueless & irresponsible reptile keepers? That's how I took in a very sick bearded dragon many years ago...the same threat to
    "just dump him in the desert" if I didn't take him meant that he came home with me, even though I had no knowledge of beardies at the time, only lots
    of snakes. I'm so glad you're able to take in this sweet snake: while it's a lifesaver for the animal being rescued, it also does really awesome things for
    our own hearts in the process. Some of the most interesting animals in my life have been the ones I didn't know I needed & never planned on having.
