Burns are very painful & slow to heal. There should never be a bulb inside of a snake's cage that a snake can touch...there has to be a cage around it,
but safer still is keeping them completely out of the cage. Hard to say what to do for your snake, we aren't seeing her, hope she recovers fully without
permanent damage. Please fix her cage set-up.
