You did good! When you need bigger hides, some ppl use kitty litter-boxes, though I'd imagine they cost about the same as regular hides from Reptile Basics?
(it's been a while but theirs are quite reasonable) Part of what I enjoy about keeping snakes is the creativity I get to use. It's very satisfying to see our pets
comfortable with what we've devised for them.
